    WestLand introduces the original logo. The “swoosh” is designed to represent both mountains and water. The swoosh logo was the winning design in a contest among Madden Media employees. Mark Taylor’s sister and brother-in-law, Jill and Kevin, own Madden Media. The winning employee was awarded a bottle of wine.

    We are saddened to report the passing of Kathy Whitman.  She was not only a dedicated professional who was a recognized authority in environmental compliance in the mining industry, but also a partner, mentor, friend, and beloved member of the WestLand family.  Her influence over the years continues to inspire and she leaves an enduring legacy to WestLand and all who knew her.
