WestLand is pleased to congratulate Mark F. Taylor, PE who was appointed by Governor Ducey to the Central Arizona Project Board of Directors to represent Pima County. Mr. Taylor is one of WestLand’s founding partners; he graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering and earned his MBA, both from the University of Arizona. His term expires December 31, 2020.
The Central Arizona Project (CAP) is managed and operated by the Central Arizona Water Conservation District. This entity was formed for the purposes of contracting with the United States for the delivery of water, repayment of CAP costs and operation and maintenance of the aqueduct.
