Susan has consistently steered teams to surpass annual operation and business development goals, demonstrating her prowess in long-term strategic planning and annual tactical planning.
Susan’s commitment to the water resource sector extends beyond her professional roles; she recently served as a Strategic Advisor to the CEO of Water for People, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing high-quality drinking water and sanitation services. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Carollo Engineers, Susan played a key role in leading strategic pursuits and special assignments. Her leadership journey also includes pivotal roles such as HDR’s Director of Program and Project Delivery, Senior Vice President, West Region Water Business Director, and Central Region Water Business Director in various professional consulting engineering firms.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Utah State University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Seattle University.
